Do Pilates With Your Baby

An Australian Pilates teacher has started a program for new mothers and their babies called Pilates and Prams, which meets outside in a park.

Instructor and organiser Hollie Goodall said the program was about getting new mums and their babies in to training and socialising, as well as helping soon-to-be mums increase their core strength.

"I did pilates up until two weeks before I gave birth," she said.

"It gave me a core strength, and I got my tummy muscles back soon after"


This course is an addition to Goodall's very popular Mums and Bubs Boot Camp which gets new moms in shape while they and their babies get to socialize.
