Help with Acne

I have to admit that one of the joys in my life of teaching Pilates at Parrot Cay is the number of times our guests, including actresses and models, have commented on my skin. "Lynda, what do you do? What products do you use? Your skin is flawless!" In my case I hate to say that it really is genetics. Yes, I take care of my skin and use sunscreen - a must when you live in the Caribbean - but nothing special.
