I must admit that one vacation we elected to never take with Evan (soon to be father to our grand-daughter Carmen) was a Florida theme park holiday. Even though many of our friends and family seemed enamored by the idea of Orlando vacations, the thought of thousands of kids and families waiting on line for rides and snak food just didn't appeal to us. Still, if you want your kid to see Mickey Mouse live and in person Orlando is the place to go!
